Aventura, the region’s new family adventure park is located in Mushrif Park’s Ghaf tree forest. It has the most daring circuits and thrilling obstacles to Dubai residents, students and tourists; from tree-surfing and zip-lining to rope-climbing, you’re bound to reach peak adrenaline rush.
What sets Aventura apart, aside from its many unforgettable rides, is its unique integration into the splendid 35,000 square meters natural Ghaf tree forest, in Mushrif Park (Mirdif). Once we enter the park, we strut ourselves for a full day of adventure and fun, because my little adventurers explore the Aventura parks to its fullest and also got over their fear of the heights and legit perform monkey hanging around stunts.
The 25-meter Tarzan Jump, the hanging Parrot Trunks, and the Surfboard Challenge through the trees, part of the Xtreme circuit, are the park’s heart stoppers. And, if you prefer your thrills at high altitudes, go for Thriller, the park’s most exhilarating series of zip lines, that features a 10-meter high and 160-meter long zip-line across the forest. With such great views, there’s no snapshot more iconic!
There’s plenty for the park’s little visitors to do as well, while the adults are off conquering one circuit at a time. In fact, the park is a terrific source of enjoyment and learning for children. The Rangers circuit, perfect for children above 1.15m and older than six years, includes 19 fun obstacles, just 1.5 to 2 meters high, so parents can walk through the circuit as their children zigzag around the greenest part of the park.
This season, Aventura features a calendar of special events and an exciting Camp event for the December holidays. This place is equally good for kids and adult alike. The staff of the park was highly trained, and the park provides the safest setup for everyone.
