‘Brunch around the World’ at Hilton Abu Dhabi plus chances to WIN.
Since past few years, for us, Friday’s often revolve around the gathering of family and friends to indulge in a culinary feast of abundant food and get together. This trend has been taken strongly in this part of the region. As a series of ongoing Brunches in Capital, we have covered a unique one this month in the UAE.
The Hilton hotel on Abu Dhabi’s spectacular corniche is the newest contender to throw their hat into the brunch ring. Offering a ‘dine around the world’ concept from three of the hotel’s signature restaurants – Bocca, (Award Winning) La Terrazza and Royal Orchid.
Brunch had an immense variety ranging from Italian Canapes, Pizzas & Ravioli & selection of wide variety of cheese which are set-up in an exquisite Cheese Room consisting of some signature tiramisu desserts by Bocca as well. We loved our last experience from this authentic Italian restaurant (BOCCA – Review HERE) and were surely in for a treat when we found that it’s also a part of the menu in this brunch. It’s inclusion surely adds to this gastronomic experience with the authentic Italian delicacies on its menu. Next up was yummy Chinese specialties from Royal Orchid, again a great restaurant with long history and experience in the field of F&B. Last was a delicious selection of international dishes is set up at La Terrazza, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant
While the adults enjoy the ‘Brunch Around the World’ by weaving their way through the three venues, the children were kept entertained with fun activities at the supervised kids’ zone. It’s a great family-friendly spot where I noticed kids been involved throughout in face-painting, balloons activity and also enjoyed at kid’s food corner. Live music was another great highlight of the brunch. Via this brunch the hotel took the guests on a culinary journey through buffet stations spread across three of its restaurants and a very live and engaging atmosphere.

Verdict:
All in all, it was a great concept brings the uniqueness of three different menus and specialties under one roof which justifies the cost too along with variety. The feast has also bulge up the choices and provide diners an all-round exclusive brunch. From my last visit at La Terrazza i did find improvement at food buffet main course dishes which were average earlier and required more attention. Also salad bar is much improved and cold cuts section in wide. We had a great time over invitation as media guest from SevenMedia team and had experienced tastes from around the world in this brand-new brunch at Hilton Abu Dhabi.
