Hip & happening, this Latin American-inspired venue is offering glitzy gorge, vivacious rhythms and flowing Latino beverages. If you would like to experience a gastronomic journey to Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil this is the place for succulent & moist cuts of meat and fresh & bright seafood primed to aptness and cooked to perfection on conventional grills and smoke ovens. I was so happy to see the senior management being involved with the staff and being on their toes and get themselves literally involved with all the functions happening around. They surely started off with a bang. It’s a great addition on Capital’s dining scene adding some oomph and Chic, as some friends already drove out from Dubai to check out this ultra modish location.

Finest bites in sharing style :

The menu is incredibly detailed, most items bearing a BU name to reiterate the Buisename fact. In light snacks (Botanas) I like veg options better. Street Food style Humita Empanadas  with corn onion and spinach was tasty, smashed avocado with Serrano chili along with tortilla chips was also good. In fact it was the best version of Guacamole I had in long time.

From their De La Barra range (raw bar) we devour Tuna ceviche with wasabi lime. It added pleasant essence being soaked in just the right amount of marinade. Also I must mention about Salmon Tiradito which is a great choice on menu with garlic chips and subtle taste of mustard and sakura mix.

It doesn’t even end there, we also dive right into hearty and appetizing specialty dishes such as Anjtojos (Cravings) best being Hongos , Mushroom in garlic flavor and Res Tataki which is basically wagyu beef tataki, with rocket leaves and huancaina sauce. The menu in general is seemingly endless with whole sections dedicated to POTS (Ollas) and GRILLS (Parrilla). Soup Chupe with mixed seafood and cream (chowder style) with parmesan crust & ‘On the bone striploin’ (21 days dry aged beef). Oh and yes they have great sides i-e Josper asparagus and crunchy elements like roasted corn kernels and peanut. Opportunity to explore different eats goes far and wide.

Though in desserts they have a compact menu. However we liked their authentic South American dessert platter being served on Gala Night. It has yummy sweet wedge of dulce de leche, sandwiched between crispy nougat and topped with crushed hazelnut, I am still craving for it. Hope they will add a little more to their dessert section. As we expect more and more to what they set as a striking remarkable impression.

Great Team of Chef & Staff – Well coordinated:

You can ease into this unique and flavorful gastronomic world by choosing items in the appetizers section. However with any complexity, thoughts while ordering  their team is so helpful. I must commend them for their knowledgeable and well-informed waiters & Staff. They are so attentive and are well aware of ingredients and did ask for any food allergies too. Kudos for that !

We literally had a feast for the eyes and taste-buds with distinctive flavors. As the moment we set our eyes on the gold, black, red laden interior and filaments at the venue, we knew that this is the kind of restaurant where opulence and extravagance meet , a place truly fit for a memorable experience. Each part of the venue has distinctive character, You can enjoy the Outside terrace area in good weather nights or stylish seating area with attractive yet unusual wall hangings (We had a the one with big chopping knives actually mounted behind us ;). In short whether it’s a business or leisure purpose meeting or get together you will find your piece of tranquility according to your choice  with vast spread area.

Opening gala was a night with true flair with a South American Carnival/Street Party style flamboyance. Everything about the event was simply BUenissimo. We and our friends literally had a great time at this exclusive event.

My verdicts:

It in indeed capital’s swankiest new exciting and altogether sensational dining and social spot for you to find your little space.
