Thank you so much for the kind invitation to @hyattcapitalgate over Iftar preview. We experienced a fantastic pre-Ramadan gala last night where the all day dining restaurant “18 Degrees” was all decked up in the holy spirits of the blessed month.
V E R D I C T:
All in all, it was excellent opportunity to preview what our favorite hotel will be offering this Ramadan at their stunning world renown Guinness record holder venue. I loved some particular changes from yester years set-up and menu. For instance, Assorted cheese (homemade) counter replacing cold seafood. The cheese selection is splendid and so delicious, Akkawi was my favorite. The Ramadan juices and refreshing drinks corner were attractive & most of all the Arabic delicacies, sweets and desserts section was a treat to our eyes. In food, their typical signature dishes were there along with a number of hot and cold mezzeh (which was very seriously placed this time). Camel meat biryani & lamb ouzi were highlights in main. And other than traditional soup they also have rustic Harrisa soup (via secret chef) which was delicious again.
