Iftar at Kuzbara restaurant in Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi is a simple, unique and very relax laid back style buffet. I loved the ambiance and Decor, not too flashy but very appropriate accordingly to the holy month of Ramadan. I loved the selection of juices and beverages other than the traditional Ramadan drinks. Name tag on the table was such a sweet gesture and did steal my heart 🙂
My personal favorites were Baklawa milkshake and Morrocan iced tea. Their salad bar is ample, and live shawarma counter was popular amongst the diners. Chaat corner along with Desi tandoori specialty items was lovely too.
 
   
Special Ramadan dates, nuts, and dry fruits counter were pretty silver and attractive. Overall great dishes and main Arabic item were yummy as well. It caters to the palate of Arabic as well as non-Arabic diners as many international dishes were also included in the Buffet.
Mr. Driss and the entire team at Kuzbara including Chefs are very hospitable and active. They make sure that the guests would have a great time with all the comfort and enjoyment at the buffet. Customized pasta was also prepared for my little munchers. Their favorite counter, however, of course, is the dessert one. I was glad to see mostly sorbet instead of just ice-cream. Baklawa ice-cream was an interesting flavor to try.
I would highly recommend this place to break your fast this Ramadan along with your family and friends. This is a child-friendly and very cozy place where you would surely enjoy quality time reminiscing the memories of joy and feel the spirit of Ramadan.
