Firstly I am thrilled to announce that I am officially a Palmer’s Brand Ambassador for Palmer’s Middle East. Hence I am excited to share October’s brand experience with you! Plus @mahiblog readers would be the first ones to read about the latest additions to the line of products of the brand by following my blog.
In the month of October, I have already received their new product i-e “Skin Therapy Oil for face.”
About the Product:
Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil, Rosehip, is an advanced multi-purpose skin perfection product that can be used all over the body and face. This preservative-free, phthalate free, lightweight formula contains an exclusive blend of the main ingredients formulated to help improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks, dry, damaged skin, uneven skin tone, aging skin and fine lines and wrinkles. Skin looks and feels instantly soft and smooth with this unique, non-greasy, non-staining formula. It transforms your skin with a potent blend of 10 pure precious oils, Retinol, Vitamin C and their exclusive Cetesomate-E® Complex.
Ten Pure Oils help moisturize and smooth fine lines and wrinkles while Retinol and Vitamin C contribute to improving and brighten tone and texture. This lightweight, non-greasy formula absorbs quickly, while the Cetesomate Complex helps deliver all the essential vitamins and nutrients directly into the epidermal layer of the skin. Skin looks younger-looking with a more bright and firm appearance.
I have two children hence had stretch marks, but with the application of Palmer’s lotion, I have had seen them faded. Henceforth I had trust in the name of the brand. When I hit 30, my skin started to protest I needed something for uneven skin tone and fine lines too. I was ultimately in need of a product which I can use with consistency believing in its results. Here is my story as Palmer’s lover.
Those who are following me are aware that I am a huge fan of spas. However, being in love with bombshell recently I decided to go for a home spa day to relax and enjoy the products at home. After cleansing my skin and using a gentle scrub to remove dead skin cells. I applied a toner and massage a few drops of skin therapy oil into my face and neck. After four days of using it twice a day, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my dry skin. So, this one delivers what they promise. My daughter loves the faint chocolate scent from me each I apply this oil.
First of all, I love the scent of this Palmer’s oil. It is sweet, but not over empowering. Secondly, it gently absorbs into my skin very quick as if my skin is very thirsty for this oil (though I don’t have too dry skin. The dryness and flakiness around corners of my nose and beneath my eyebrows that often requires me to be heavy-handed with the lotion was no longer there. I was wondering if applying from the bottle and the application can be a bit messy job since it is a bit watery for moisturizing body oil, but a dropper friendly cap makes life much easier.
- I was hesitant to use over my face initially as it felt oily on hands but believe me this oil is lighter & thinner.
- I find it safe for my skin as restorative oils along with natural Cocoa Butter, Retinol, and Vitamin C deliver multi-purpose anti-aging skin benefits.
- It does not leave my skin sticky or greasy and is super-absorbent.
- My elbows and heels, especially, feel nice and smooth after using this.
- It says that it will reduce stretch marks and help even to skin tone, but I don’t see a huge difference as yet. (As I have received my package over weekend it’s less than a week) only to use the product, it might change)
- It does keep my skin hydrated big times as I am mostly splashing my face with water few times in a day, which I noticed less of need during this week. I keep drinking plenty of water all the time. (remember you need it as winters are coming around too, and water intake generally decreases at this time. So keep your bottles handy.)
My Advice & Verdict:
I would recommend it as a reliable oil product to anyone with dry skin. It is cheap compared to other similar products and I personally believe it has a very similar outcome/success rate. I have finally found a treatment that works. The last thing you want is for your un-absorbed moisturizer, OR oil-based cream is to sit there collecting dirt (only irritating your skin further). Just switch to this Skin Therapy Oil by Palmer’s
However, I do have further expectation from this product for dryness combat in winters. I do hope that this stuff ROCKS in their too & and won’t give me dry skin. But overall I love how this stuff makes my skin feel soft and supple over few days. I guess this face oil has earned a permanent spot in my bathroom cabinet.
