Palmer’s – Fall in love with your skin this Winter

Being a Palmer’s Brand Ambassador, I get to review some skin care products from their brand each month. In December (while we were already welcoming winters) I received 4 handbag samples of Coconut, Shea butter, Olive oil & Cocoa butter lotion. I was all like, OK, sure, sounds fun, as what else do we need more in this weather than a moisturizer or good lotion Hence I tried the 4 samples and here is my review:

.

  • Palmer’s Coconut Lotion

To begin with the first tube, Coconut oil is indeed the darling tradition in my family. Being a food blogger and a youtube I can easily tell you that there are actually hundreds of ways to use this oil, from eating it on toast to lubricating your door bolts. It should rather be known as Wellness ambassador. Of all the hilarious DIY and even natural usage of this Oil, best is Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula products. They contain ethically and sustainably sourced Coconut Oil and Tahitian Monoï Oil, infused with Tiaré flower petals. These raw, natural ingredients deliver luxuriously rich moisturisation for decadently pampered skin. As soon as I feel dryness, I grab this pocket-friendly Palmer’s Coconut Lotion tube and voila ! bye, bye dryness.

It contains high levels of naturally occurring fatty acids and proteins that are essential for keeping skin radiant and healthy looking. It’s key ingredient Coconut Oil, deeply moisturizes and softens the skin. In addition, Monoï Oil hydrates and pampers those thirsty pores, lastly Sweet Almond Oil soothes and comforts skin.

  • Palmer’s Olive Oil Lotion

My mom often touted Olive oil as the ‘Awesomest Moisturizer Ever’! Growing up I always saw her using same for various skin and wellness purposes and believed it to be worthy of this title. I was skeptical reviewing my second sample Palmer’s Olive Butter Formula Lotion as I already had a mindset of believing in Raw Olive Oil’s strong properties. This lotion by Palmer’s formulated with antioxidant-rich Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Vitamin E, to help maintain skin’s youthful appearance, leaving the skin feeling soft and silky. I did feel those claims within a week itself. Of all the 4 samples I can’t believe to have liked this one the most as it has unique Anti-Aging Peptide Complex. This helps increase skin’s firmness and elasticity.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil fortified with vitamins A & E, this natural moisturizer fights free radicals while hydrating skin to leave it soft and silky. Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that helps reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks and imperfections on the skin. It gives a more even and toned appearance Anti-Aging Peptide Complex: helps build Collagen for increased firmness and elasticity. It also has light, pleasantly fresh fragrance with a delicate scent.

  • Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula daily body lotion

I remember buying some cocoa butter and kept some in a little sealed container in my bathroom, carried it in my purse, and even packed it for trips just so I could swipe a little out with my finger to help moisturize my dry skin of lips especially when they literally became worse due to dryness. A friend suggested me for jojoba, but it’s expensive. Ever since I receive this miniature creamy, luxurious Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula daily body lotion, I am using it. It does provide hydration all over, but I am still unable to feel the complete healing of the flaky skin.

This velvety soft formula absorbs quickly. Cocoa Butter leaves skin soft creating a protective barrier that locks in moisture. I am hoping to feel healed buttery soft, supple and beautiful skin to driest areas. This lotion is great medically too as it has Vitamin E. A powerful antioxidant that helps reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks and imperfections on the skin, giving a more even and toned appearance. Due to the same reason, It’s good for my normal skin and my daughter’s eczema-prone skin too.

  • Palmer’s Shea Formula Body Lotion

My criteria of overall Moisturizing has changed forever since I started using Palmer’s shea butter range since my first pregnancy. I am totally fallen for it friends as this completely blew my mind. Their 4th lotion is rich in raw, natural Shea Butter, a nourishing ingredient for softer, radiant skin. Palmer’s Shea Formula Body Lotion combines Shea Butter, Marula, Oatmeal, Grapeseed Oil and Vitamin E to seal in moisture, calm irritation and give skin a youthful, radiant glow. It contains a high level of antioxidant-rich emollients that help reverse skin dehydration.

African Shea Butter in this lotion deeply moisturizes and softens my skin. Marula Oil improves texture and radiance. Oatmeal Extract calms and soothes irritation and Vitamin E rejuvenates and combats free radical damage. Some additional ingredients like Grapeseed Oil keep my skin looking youthful; Sunflower Seed Oil balances tone and texture and last but not the least Soybean Oil helps prevent skin dehydration.

I would highly recommend these products during this winter. It pretty much fulfills all the claims the brand has with its products. Mahiblog loves it!
