It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so we thought we’d spread the word about “Pink Pilates”. Have fun, relax and do something meaningful! Pink Pilates can help improve strength, flexibility and confidence, improve core strength, ease muscle tension and pain, minimize weight gain, prevent long term problems, increase energy levels and boost the spirit!
All proceeds from Pink Pilates go to Breast Cancer Group the Bosom Buddies so mark your calendar and prepare for a great day.
Males and Females can participate in this activity where our certified instructor Taghrid will do the Pilates class, and a technician from Brightpoint Royal Women’s hospital will speak about the importance of mammography, we will also have some refreshments (pink cupcakes) and giveaways so make sure to join, have fun, enjoy and also the most important support the good cause.
