The Ramadan tent at Le Royal Méridien is called Layali El Hilmiya. We had the pleasure of being invited to this grand Tent which is indeed one of the biggest and most popular in Abu Dhabi.
There was a live Radio coverage which can be heard inside the tent too via Star FM, and there was also an oud player and Tanura dance performance.
There is a raffle draw each evening where you can win vouchers from Vasiliki Home Spa and Joelle Salon. We loved the ambiance and overall bright atmosphere of the tent.
The water fountain is artificially created within their hotel pool. Space is used so efficiently to transform the whole vicinity into this lavish tent. We enjoy hot & cold mezzeh along with delicious Mixed Grill.
Americas-influenced restaurant Market Kitchen is also serving a special iftar menu (MARKET IFTAR) which we have covered earlier. It is created by celebrity chef Suzanne Husseini, author of When Suzanne Cooks. She is the most lovely & lively, humble and Talented chef.
Suhoor is available at the tent, costing from Dhs70.
