The stylish & groundbreaking venue Tamba restaurant at The Hub @ WTC Mall #inAbudhabi welcomed a crowd of invited guests who were treated to a taste of its Indian inspired menu, washed down with champagne and cocktails. Guests enjoyed some gold and fire display of activities and chill-out to relaxed tunes and some awesome pumping tunes and party hard.

Tamba’s arrival seeks to disrupt the status quo, with a stylish and innovative attitude. Collaborating with globally renowned design, food and beverage experts, this impressive international concept will provide elegance, energy and a sense of the unexpected.
Tamba’s sleek and regal interior is embellished with decorative layered screens setting the scene for mystery and intrigue from lunch until the early hours. Floor to ceiling windows beautifully frame the Abu Dhabi skyline offering stunning views of the city beyond. Upon entry, the eye is drawn to those gigantic size zinc, copper and gold shades of bells place in the centre, atop of bar and in different sizes in other corners of the restaurant. You simply can’t miss that elevated show kitchen with an integrated Chef’s table and exposed Tandoor ovens. Step outside to the rooftop terrace, and discover the perfect place to enjoy a late afternoon sundowner. Their terrace area will soon be opening for Sheesha too.
The skillful design encourages a lively interplay between the bar, restaurant and terrace areas and creates a sense of fluidity as guests move through the venue. Join friends for handcrafted cocktails and bites at the bar before moving outside to enjoy the open air ambiance, enjoy a unique culinary journey in one of the three private dining rooms, or be treated to a little extra attention at the elevated Chef’s table; all set to a soundtrack of evocative beats from the resident DJ. An eclectic grazing menu reflects a commitment to quality ingredients and showcases an impressive variety of skillfully executed dishes. Passion and culinary creativity are evident throughout in some yummy canapes; Prawn with coconut curry dressing drenched in detectable sauce was our favorite from the grand launch. For batata love they kept another interesting items i-e Potato gutta curry roghan it is basically potato gnocchi in gata curry sauce, topped with red dyed risoni pasta and roasted coriander seed and healthy green beans. We enjoyed our favorite watermelon salad and Jagry Jam pot once again in drinks. The live cooking display at kitchen was so interesting to observe, we savour our tender and juicy Chops directly from chef’s den.
