Burger King Japan has launched black burgers again, naming the burgers
Kuro Diamond (black diamond)
and
Kuro Pearl (black pearl).
The two burgers have buns with bamboo charcoal powder mixed in to give them that charred look, beef patties with black pepper to darken it and a black tar-like sauce which is actually barbecue sauce with squid ink.
It tastes Peppery. If you can get past the shocking colour, it’s not bad. The black pepper in the patty hits you at the first bite and complements the tangy sauce..
