Ambiance:
Al Raha Beach Hotel has invited us for a BBQ Delight theme night dinner. We accepted the kind invitation thinking of taking advantage of the pleasant weather while it still lasts. BBQ Delight Dinner was hosted at La Piscine Pool bar and Restaurant, amidst the lush tropical greenery, between the private sandy beach and the swimming pool. This poolside restaurant has a blend of Continental, Arabic & Far East Flavors & completely turned into Carnivores hub on Thursday for this themed Dinner .
Before mentioning the food variety, I would like to appreciate the set-up and seating. You can relax along the pool on the grass on cushion big green cushioned lazy chairs or choose to sit on high table and chairs in a cabana-style set-up. Shisha is also available, and the service is super fast. It was lovely to see how kids were dancing and jumping around while parents were sitting and enjoying their time. Ambiance and food truly complement each other.
The BBQ Delight theme night
It served as a perfect start to our weekend. We relaxed by the pool with captivating views and got indulged in a wide selection of fresh seafood & meats. The dinner kicked off at 7 pm. The service is very attentive and helpful. It’s a laid back lazy kind of family-friendly weekend dinner where you can enjoy to the tunes of Live Cuban band. The quotient of entertainment is elevated;however, palette satisfaction is always there.
Food :
They offered a wide selection of prime-cut meats, seafood, and Shish Tawouk marinated to perfection. It also featured customized drinks, bread, garden greens, compound salads, fresh fruits and an impressive line-up of desserts. After trying out the delicious salad, we went for the key highlight of the evening – The Barbecue and were treated to a massive line-up of meat our favorites were lamb kebab, shish tawouk & grilled prawns. We were presented with a whole lot more exquisite meat selections by the chefs. The best part of BBQ theme night was the live cooking station. Myself & family indulged to our heart’s content without feeling shy! The quality of the meat was fine & fresh.
For kid and adults both the joy of selecting our preferred cuts and seeing it grilled to perfection on order – was one awesome experience. This BBQ dinner boasts of an interesting & exquisite collection of BBQ concepts to suit all tastes. It is a steal deal and has great value in AED 120 only. Whether you want to enjoy simple a decent steak & refreshing drinks (we tried mocktail of the day Pink Panther, it was delicious) by the poolside, butcher-shop style meat selections or indulge in an elaborate variety of seafood, BBQ Delight theme dinner at La Piscine has it all covered.
I did spot the romantic chambers by the sea which can be pre-booked, and you and a partner can enjoy an intimate dinner at the sea-shore of a stunning private sandy-beach property.

If you are a fan of bbq, you will fall helplessly in love with this Thursday Bbq Theme night affair. The vast selection of high-quality meats is sure to captivate even the most avid meat lover. Choose in those cute basket by the meat stand display your preferred meats or seafood and have it barbecued to order! Seafood, Chicken, beef and lamb marinated along with their condiments (sauces, veggies, etc) can be found near the live cooking stations. Simply pick, grill and enjoy! And all this in in such a little price .We had a wonderful time enjoying the lavish BBQ buffet dinner with the entire family in a relaxed weekend vibe.
