Sometimes, it is sore to look for a 4-Star hotel near an international airport, most places are very noisy. That’s why I prefer to go a couple of Miles away but yet in reach and I picked Mafraq Hotel to stay.
What a good choice this was, it is ideally located on Highway near the Abu Dhabi International Airport, idyllic for tourist, visiting families and for those looking for fun family excursion with tranquility away from hustle bustle of the main traffic city, it is truly one of UAE’s most relaxing vacation destinations

It’s a couple of months ago when I stayed in here for a family excursion. 
I must admit, it offers more residential feel while providing all the conveniences of a first class hotel. It’s very quiet, and our room was tidy and cool, we were in a chalet-like garden terrace, which gave an airy feeling of space, being large with a comfy super king-size bed, and good-sized bathroom providing a rather aristocratic feel.
The welcome treat was served in the room and was truly refreshing. I love the abstract art containing walls.
The pool view from our room was supremely relaxing, with landscaped gardens featuring kids play area, re-creational facility and tropical thatched umbrellas facing the pool.
We also enjoyed the Movie Night under the stars with some yummy snacks and Coffee, the best family time one could ever had.
The gym and Sports Club has top shelf equipment and a choice of complimentary sports, including Billiard, Tennis, Squash and Badminton. Swimming pool is a little small compared to its competing houses.
Staff were very helpful, when we had a technical issue they sent technician up within minutes to fix, very attentive in Guest Services. It’s hard to list all the good things about this place, so I just say: I had absolutely nothing to complain about in my stay ! Recommended 🙂
