With AlSeef Mall buzzing with so many eateries and restaurants in their escapade, this spot will be a bit tricky to find as it’s hidden in the corner on the 1st floor near Fun City. But trust me once you find this hidden gem you will surely return with Buffalo Wings on your mind. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by restaurant owner and operations manager. The place was not too crowded, as most of their business is dependent on deliveries. However, there is decent ample sitting available for diners to be accommodated. The place looked bright with funky décor and chic with wall hangings and frames, the tex-mex style ambiance. The meal was served quicker than I expected.
My food rundown was as below:
Classic Wings – BBQ & Buffalo:
The chicken wings were lip-smacking delicious, neat and clean pieces with perfect serving on a hot sizzling platter. Their homemade sauces are simply addictive and just made it delicious. They are not too dense with a feeling of typical heavy sauces but rather runny and sweetly sour in taste. Their House BBQ sauce is made using fresh ingredients and simple unmatchable in the Capital elsewhere. We loved their homemade sauces like BBQ & Buffalo.
Grilled Chicken:
Next, in line, we tried their best selling Monterrey Grilled Chicken breast. It was well cooked, not burnt, and I love those grill marks on mine. This tender chicken breast was topped with ranch, sour cream, and pico mix. It comes with your choice of 2 wildfirez sides. Perfect for a business lunch or a late dinner where you can go immediately to bed, and you’ll still feel light and satisfied.
Burgers:
I dint believe that such a small restaurant can endow with a very hale and hearty flame grilled chicken burger too. But we tried crispy Chicken finger Burger with their secret sauce; their warm french roll added taste to burgers. The meat was very tender, fresh and topped with a secret sauce that provided flavor; We also tried stuffed burger; it was unique and very attractive when it comes to presentation. Though nothing as extraordinary in taste for this one except fresh patties of Angus beef it’s double, I love the quality of the cheese they are using. It was topped with caramelized onions and mushrooms.
They have healthy and tasty dish items on the menu. They are not limited to chicken items but have a new range of Beef item. We tried their Steak Pizzaiola it was a lot of cheese on dough which is steak here. Picture the fall of the bone fillet tenderloin bed covered with tomato sauce and melted cheese with olives and fresh oregano on top. It was heavy and filling item.
Sides: (Not to be ignored)
Their famous over baked Mac & cheese was highly admired by kids as well as adults. In case you are a seafood lover, you won’t be disappointed as they have the biggest fillet of Norwegian salmon. They also serve grilled shrimps and calamari. They claim to have the biggest crispy chicken fingers in Abu Dhabi.
Portions were huge; sides were all good with Homestyle Mac n Cheese and Yellow Rice being our favorite. Kids get their trendy meals served neatly in baskets with paper lining. Service was prompt and immaculate presentation. I am returning for my comfort-style-kind of food to this venue.
If you fancy some great drinks and dessert, you will be disappointed. However, they found their niche comfortably in what they are serving and are indeed driving hard to sell it fresh and best in the capital. Trust me it’s worth driving till Khalifa Park area to try it out fresh and hot sizzling pan delivered on the table. If you cant make it drive from within the City, you must try to order online they don’t have minimum order ceiling! Can’t get any better than this. We ended up coming back for more of those wings and took advantage of their deal, do ask for prevailing offers and you will surely end up saving further on there already reasonable prices.
