Fairways invited us to Celebrate this Ramadan at Iftar overlooking the golf course at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa and soak up the holy vibes of the month. We enjoyed a contemporary selection of world cuisines at the award-winning restaurant- Fairways. This is one on the biggest and authentic traditional Iftars in the capital. There are Live cooking stations dishing up delightful selection of Arabic delicacies.
Ramadan at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa is grand this year with the inclusion of air-conditioned Ramadan Tent beside their usual Iftar buffet. Iftar offerings are generous and include traditional as well as Arabic and International cuisine. You will also find items pleasing Asian palette. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
Kids though missed their Arabic booza ice-cream counter and the large ice-cream parlor each year though. For us grown-ups, the variety was vast with some usual favorite like kebabs and shish tawook plus stir fry fish with chilies. Ramadan juices set-up was modified giving more room for diners to be engaged in the buffet set up. Salad & dessert counter was another highlight of the evening.

Seemingly, it was a great evening and is an ideal Iftar buffet where you can go along with you family and friends and enjoy Ramadan delights. Kudos to the brilliant team of chefs and kitchen staff along with the restaurant staff to work day and night including fasting hours too to make all these amenities and Iftar spread possible and being displayed to us in such a brilliant and appetizing way. They are so hard working.
You may also enjoy daily Sohoor during Ramadan with your friends and family. Guests can also enjoy Shisha with friends on terrace. 9:00pm – 02:00am, A la carte menu available.
