So last week, we visited Chops & Shrimps i-e Tex-Mex concept. In simple words, it is a fusion of Mexican and American cuisines. We were warmly greeted, and as we were seated could not take our eyes off from the themed Décor. They maintain good social distancing with quite Comfortable Seating. Are. It is a Family-friendly Place.
We tried their famous Dynamite Shrimps. They were well coated in an ample amount of sauce. It tasted too delicious that I could easily have a dozen pieces easily alone.
Buffalo Shrimp Quesadilla was quite dainty. There is generous swiss cheese in a shredded layer along with breaded buffalo shrimps pieces and diced tomatoes. What made it even more addictive was the sour cream dip and fresh salsa served along.
Bone-in beef Ribs was a grand affair. The cut and meat used were premium; hence was super juicy. These ribs were slow-cooked, and the moment you touch them, they are falling off the bone. So tasty and perfected cooked, I loved it without any dip on its own, but you get BBQ on the side to enjoy ai along.
We are talking about the hefty cowboy Burger. This freshly ground patty is a mighty chunk layered inside buns with bbq sauce, melting cheddar cheese, beef bacon & brisket meat. Crispy onion strands on top make it even more desirable.
PEACH SPICY was my favorite drink. It consists of lemon juice & fruit mix added with crushed ice garnish with chili. It is a refreshing drink with a kick of spice after taste & this makes you want it even more. My son loved their Oreo shake; it was delicious.
Overall the food has Great Portions. It tasted so fresh & delicious. Their staff is also hospitable. The venue is excellent for gathering & dine-out with family and friends.👍🏻
