Fast, freshly made and pocket-friendly delivery from a Secret Kitchen in Abu Dhabi
While cozying up at home comfort and relaxing, enjoying the home delivery for food is my idea of winters splurge in UAE. Yes, I would highly recommend you guys to take a day off from your kitchen and to experience this Luxury Indian Fast Food, secret kitchen concept from one of the most successful Indian food brands in the country! Located within downtown, Abu Dhabi – it’s called Masala Nation. They surely worked on their menu to create new exciting dishes and send you home the most comfortable meal in return for your valuable wait to satisfy your taste bud. Masala Nation’s home delivery is easy, timely and at your convenience.
The portions are quite generous for sharing and arrived with no spillage. You can choose from different sections such as Rice, curries, wraps & Grills along with bread, salad and side options and of course the yummy dessert.
Curries:
Paneer tikka masala is the vegetarian option I tried from this section and it was delicious. In addition, the Chicken tikka masala in non-veg we tasted had ample sauce, which was just perfect for the flatbread to dip into, or even to pour onto your homemade rice. It was not too oily or overpowering in tomato flavor, the fact I liked its ‘buttery’ flavored masala, which was rich and creamy and hits all the perfect spot.
Grill:
The chicken tikka and the Grilled prawn was heavenly and, as well as the Grilled prawn, melted in the mouth. Moderately spiced and pleasantly smoked in charcoal, these tandoori items were exactly what I was craving for in this amazing weather.
Rice:
The Hyderabadi Lamb biryani was flavorful and has perfectly cooked rice. The aroma and taste combo was addictive. In addition, prawn biryani is good, I enjoyed it along with Kachumbar salad, and green chutney, which I believe, was originally a companion for grill items.
Wraps:
My kids love wraps so I thought of trying out the same, lamb kebab wrap was average in taste, I feel it slight on Arabia side in taste however the chicken wrap was nice served along with the spicy French fries and sliced onion on the side.
Altogether, we loved this food delivery experience. We will reorder from Masala Nation & also recommend them due to were excellent quality and adaptive taste along with their of course hygiene standards.
