I was so humbled to receive an invitation to try out their Traditional Moroccan Bath from new offering and what better than this Glow campaign to write about my experience at this comforting venue.
Based on my experience I entirely second to Nicola Hochgruber, General Manager’s comment about this treatment being the new concept adding to the admirable facilities and definitely seeks to overlap luxury with a perfect business hub.
The In Balance by Novotel has four recreational bath concepts I have been offered the Traditional Moroccan Bath. Location is indeed easy to arrive; I was greeted by the staff at IN Balance wellness reception. After filling out a brief information form I was introduced to my therapist “Fathima” from Morocco. She further guides us to the changing area where all basic amenities for morocco bath procedure were provided. However, no water/ tea/ refreshment been offered at the waiting area which would have been an added feature as it comes in basic practices specially before and after massage and Moroccan bath. The treatment started off with a deep cleansing of the body and a plush smooth lathering with traditional Moroccan bath soap while letting the steam open the pores. The soap will then penetrate the skin and soften the dead skin cells while the therapist left it for some time. Then comes the vital part a vigorous but not at all harsh Loofah body scrub it was so helpful to remove dead skin and has definitely enchanted the body through a deep cleansing mechanism. Scrub is followed by the application of a silk body moisturizing lotion to nourish and re-hydrate the skin.
Novotel In Balance Gym and Wellness area has a range of services created for all clients to re-energize other than Moroccon bath too like sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath and massages like the Volcanic stone massage, Shiatsu or Thai. We will soon head back there for exploring more in wellness.

• The treatment not just pampers you but also re-hydrate and nourish the skin.
• We love the concept of build-in steam room and in-shower.
• Also the material been used on the ceiling of the room, which is certainly different than the usual ones in Moroccan bath treatment rooms, as it doesn’t let the de-vaporized steam gathers in form of water drops up there and rain off during the scrubbing hours
