Favas Eatreey Reviewed

Yummy food inevitably brings people together just like Favas Eatreey, yes This new Fusion concept is bringing Mediterranean & Western cuisine to conventional plates in the Capital. Favas Eatreey is your new exclusive destination to relive your falafel passion! Let me say in their words to better express; Some serve Falafel wrapped and crushed, some serve it with mint. At Favas Eatreey, they serve it in Endless ways with new flavors.

Their special Falafel Favas with a crunchy coat and creamy filling is the secret behind their fusion sandwiches and burgers. None of our sandwiches are served in a standard bread nor store-bought; they use daily baked fresh potato bun. The vegetables are carefully selected and hand-picked to enrich the flavors further. The patty made up if Falafel is fresh & Beef, they used is high quality. Double Trouble, Smokey, Overloaded will be my recommendations along with most favorite Angry Bird.

Chicken is hormone-free yet full of juice on each bite & seared to a crispy charred flavor. Their shakes will surely help put off today’s heat.

Oh, and don’t forget their healthy refreshing sides. We tried the Summary Date Salad with mixed lettuce, clementine, toasted barley, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, dates, panko fried tarragon goat cheese, and inhouse fresh clementine vinaigrette. Dainty and healthy, Summary Date salad has tons of flavors from sweet to salty and has this mouth-watering clementine vinaigrette. It’s made inhouse 100% with fresh ingredients. Apart from salads, Flaming Falafel is our preferred starter.

It would be best if you also tried their Falafel sandwiches 🙂 but my personal favorites are Exotic Lebanese and Exquisite Emirati. Sandwich buns are unique with seeds toppings.

In desserts, Karak Creme Brulee was liked by kids; however, what took my breath away was their real delicacy salted Caramel cheesecake. It is creamy baked topped with caramel sauce, and all made inhouse from scratch.
