Hotel has warmly invited us at The Dining Room, The international all-day restaurant over an iftar. It was a great experience & family bond. The Iftar Buffet features a delectable display of Arabic and intercontinental dishes. The spread had some delicious delights tailored for every palate and has unveiled an attractive menu put together exclusively for Ramadan Iftar, by the esteemed executive chef Hussain Rammal.
It is perfect for families and friends who can indulge in an array of specially crafted Arabic and international dishes. You will find a fusion of flavors in some salads and main courses. The fresh juices were served on the table and even more varieties of authentic Arabic beverages were presented on buffet to complement the food, they truly kept us refreshed. Your sweet tooth can savor a variety of Arabic sweets, macaroons, fresh fruits and puddings that will superbly bring Iftar to a close.
Me & kids specially like the dessert section as they have many items along with traditional choices.
With the Iftar buffet priced at AED 120, it’s a good option indeed. Desserts were the best part but I wanted more of hot mezzeh as we don’t get them too often after Ramadan. Salad counter was very well presented and dynamic. In mains Chicken Kabsa and Sheikh al mahshi were outstanding. Chef Hussain Rammal did good job at that.
