So we have recently visited @ilfornouae at @abudhabimall & here is the review:
▪Arancini i-e the Italian rice balls, stuffed with mozzarella cheese, buffalo mozzarella & parmesan cheese were deep-fried with perfection and served with tomato sauce and was very tasty.
▪The chicken wings were so mouth-watering and served with cheese sauce. The most addictive combo I ever had.
▪Pizza rolls, Monte Cristo are to die for, rolls like none you’ve had before. They have pizza stuffing/filling with Pepperoni, Cheese, mushrooms, olives, sauce etc. The thickness of the bread is just perfect to helps it absorb the batter. These Monte Cristo Crescent Roll are tasty and savoury.
▪Ravioli Bolognese was our choice in stuffed pasta and it made up our mood. So fresh and tasty.
▪So far, they have the best tasting baked macaroni I ever had. The butter and cheese topping is superb, and the ground beef/chicken stuffing is tender that goes well with its firm mac/lasagne texture. It is a good base recipe, with sufficient cheese.
▪Risotto & pizza were also good though I feel arborio rice could be more well done and sautéed to bring out the better taste. The pizza was commendable and can be prepared as per your choice of toppings or even can be divided as half and a half or Quadro.
▪Pepper Steak we tasted was so flavorful with overtones of the peppers and a small amount of heat in the spice is good. They added garlic, rosemary herbs and crushed red pepper for extra kick and boy that made it more delicious. You’ll love this savoury prime US cut Pepper Steak with unlimited addictive mushroom sauce combo which is served in a huge portion.
▪Pollo Parmigiana, the breaded chicken was tasty while it was golden fried and served on the bed of napolitana pasta. Generously smothered with parmigiana cheese this main course was again served with unlimited serving of sauce.
▪The desserts especially Cheesecake & chocolate Mousse surely made our day, Creme Brulee has perfect texture of custard creaminess though we missed the crispiness on the top.
▪Their strawberry & vanilla Shakes is a must-try too. All in all very good experience and here are some of the review highlights:
– Their portions are huge and ideal for sharing everything even the soup serving.
– Staff are so courteous & very welcoming and polite.
– Food is so authentic and made with all the love and served warm and fresh.
– It was really a pleasant surprise didn’t know they have so much variety I assumed its always pizza and pasta.
