Himalaya Arabia Brand Advocate Experience
Becoming a Himalaya Arabia Brand Advocate itself was an opportunity which I was equally excited for. Himalaya being always the staple skincare and beauty brand in our household for past five years gave me the confidence within itself to represent the brand. What becomes more challenging is when I have to give my honest feedback and review about most of the brands introduced newly by the brand itself, and I became amongst the very first few lucky ones to try and test them before them released into the middle east region/market in most of the cases.
Himalaya Herbals is a range of 100% natural and safe products with rare herbs collected from the foothills of the Himalayas. Each product combines the best of Ayurveda with years of dedicated research.
The excitement was already brewing up since I received my first email of confirmation and then the 1st package arrived after much anticipation consisting of following products:
- Stain Away Tooth Paste
- Olive Extra Nourishing Cream
- Tan Removal Face Wash
- Tan Removal Scrub
So I went ahead and gave it a tried product by product!
Olive Extra Nourishing Cream:
I took my Product trial & here is my feedback for Olive Extra Nourishing Cream; one of the very few olive-based creams, catering a unique niche in the market; and after 14 usages I can easily say why! So let’s begin with its;
Usability:
In the first application, I find it oily however one you massage a bit it will settle in your epidermis plus a very small quantity is enough. I love the smell and scent which is pleasant and did reflect Olive natural hues. For my daughter’s eczema prone skin I apply it twice, in the morning before school hours and before going to bed, and for myself, I apply daily and love the feel especially on my skin post-shower as it keeps my skin tremendously supple whole day.
Benefits:
I find the cream Fast absorbing and not greasy after proper application, though I felt the need of few circular motion movements to let it work perfectly. Since Himalaya’s Extra Nourishing Cream features olive as its main active ingredient, it greatly provides long-lasting moisture. Almond oil further allows faster absorption, so nutrients reach deeper layers of skin where hydration is most needed.
Plant ceramides from Rice Bran Extract provide deep nourishment with benefits deriving from popular herb known all across the region.
Results:
I have extremely dry skin, and I was joyful to see this product providing extra nourishment for my super sensitive & dry skin literally within the week. I found the results when in comes to moisturizing and nourishment in half of the time (twice as much moisture in one week vs. no application)
