Sofitel Corniche Abu Dhabi introduces new Theme Nights Corniche all day dining restaurant.

Every night is a culinary experience at Corniche restaurant as daily themed buffet evenings featuring an exotic array of themed cuisines from around the world. Sofitel team of international chefs presents an extraordinary buffet display that can be enjoyed with background music from the destination of the day. New theme night, Memories of Marseille Monday, features live cooking fish market, 13 main courses, variety of salads, carving stations, crêpes live station and 14 types of classic French desserts. Oceana Wednesday is one of the most popular seafood nights in the capital. You can select and ask a chef to cook for you your favourites from fresh seafood market, seafood on ice selection, vegetables and noodles market, carving stations, as well as choose from 16 main courses, well being corner, 10 types of salads, 11 desserts, etc.

Levant Thursday present best selections from Mediterranean, Arabic and Emirati cuisines. There are six stations: cold mezze, hot mezzeh, shawarma, manakish, Mixed Grill Station (Bahraini), Kushari Live Station (Egypt), as well as 14 Arabic dishes and 17 types of desserts.

TexMex Friday defines exotic with a blend of Mexican and American cuisines. Enjoy made-to- order steaks, ribs and Mexican delicacies and unforgettable gastronomic experience.

International Night will be followed every Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday for guests who are looking to choose from a host of varied cuisines from all over the world.

We enjoyed the same last week and loved the french desserts section, the colourful decor representing the french night and the succulent meat dishes. Rightly elaborated by Executive Chef Kim Gates, French Pastry Chefs invited us to visit Waffle and Crepes station that offers wide selection of waffles, crepes, pancakes, French toasts, muffins, cronuts, etc.
