Hearty Breakfast at Molten Me, Al Seef Resort & Spa by Andalus

During our stay at Al Seef Resort & Spa by Andalus, I visited this place for breakfast. The venue is so expediently accessible; sited under the umbrella roof street in Al Seef Compound, where our villa was located. Staff were friendly and explained their items in full to us via their swift iPad oriented menu! It is indeed perfect setting for breakfast and cozy meals in a bright setting along with friends and family.

 

   

 

It was my first time trying their breakfast. Earlier we have tried their molten cakes in cute jars which took over the Capital by storm with its sweetness, and it’s a great to hit for our sugar cravings. Coming back to delicious breakfast options, we tried variety starting from:

Turkish Eggs; It was the most delicious one. We were presented on a plate with poached egg, mix w/yogurt, green onion, coriander, white vinegar, salt & pepper. Sour bread was served on the side ; it made the combo even more addictive with the inclusion of minced garlic & chili sauce drizzled on top.

 

 

Savory Bundle is another great surprise in breakfast worth mentioning. Traditional Emirati style scrambled egg & tomatoes were stuffed in a soft crust pouch. Not so spicy this subtle taste dish was really remarkable served with a bake smooth potato side. Hollandaise waffle is a savory package of poached egg sitting on softy waffles with a topping of baby spinach, and golden mushrooms were served on the side. You can’t leave this one on the table for long or else it will be soggy.

 

 

Crepe Cheese with Mozzarella and pesto sauce was freshly prepared, sunrise tomato, olive oil, and Rocca leaves were used for presentation. It is simple but very rich in taste. I loved the quality of cheese.

 

 

We highly recommended this place.  I am so glad that I discovered a great place for breakfast, thanks to Andalus Hotels for inviting me over Molten Me and Molten ME of course for the great hospitality. The venue is easily accessible, and parking is easy and plentiful. I’ll have to come back and check out more savory options other than breakfast plus I did miss out on my molten cakes that day, so there is always a reason to pop in soon.
