We had a privilege been invited during Ramadan at the delightful Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi with family. Holday Inn Abu Dhabi offered Ramadan Iftar at their all day dining restaurant Silk Route Cafe with specially crafted Iftar that befits the ultimate ambiance and season’s spirit.
We felt this warm welcome awaits us from the moment we stepped into the grand lobby. Proceeding our way to elevator we arrived at the restaurant located at mezzanine floor. The grand spread offers an exquisite variety of flavorful lentil soup, salads, sushi, cheese, desserts, a multitude of international cuisines and Arabic dishes made exclusively for the Ramadan season.
The most worth mentioning feature was Ouzi, grilled seafood, shawarma and falafel sandwiches counter. The delectable Iftar buffet is open from sunset until 10 pm. Seating area was not much crowded and has ample of light and space to walk through. The division of counters is very well organized. All the dishes were at par when it comes to taste I can’t decide for which was tastier than other. Kids had lovely time munching on their customized pasta too. All in all, was a great experience and is highly recommended as this iftar buffet spread will surely tempt your taste buds.
